Video: Creating a Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Watch Case

Watch cases come in many shapes other than round, but few boast the complexity of the rectangular, swiveling case of the Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso. WatchTime contributor Jeff Kingston visits Jaeger-LeCoultre’s manufacture in Le Sentier, Switzerland, and meets with Stéphane Belmont, the brand’s director of marketing and creation, who takes us through some of the important steps in the casemaking process. In this exclusive video, you will learn about the many additional operations required to create a case as complicated as that of the Reverso, and how the process differs from one that produces traditionally round watch cases.

  1. JaegerLecoultre Reverso – Lovely Watch, but I’ve seen it but once on some one’s wrist in twenty five years. I’m a long time collector and never bought one.
