SIHH 2014: A Small Selection of Images Written byWatchTimeJanuary 22, 2014 Each year I attend SIHH and like every digital camera owner, I take far more images than I will ever use. Some will appear in upcoming stories. Most will never appear on your screens. To break the monotony of endless posts about new watches, here are a few images selected for your enjoyment. They include people, places, and yes, a watch. Virtually all trade shows feature lovely ladies, often strategically placed near the entrances to the booths. SIHH (and Baselworld) are no exception. I found this lovely lady at the Ralph Lauren booth. The booths themselves are often decorated in an eye-catching fashion, and IWC is well known for over-the-top booth decor. This year’s underwater theme featured life-size sharks and a column of mock bubbles to celebrate the year of the Aquatimer. The lovely movement in a special Panerai pocketwatch. Beauty takes several forms at SIHH. Most of us shoot hand-held with available light. This fellow does not. Spotting a horological rock star.
