Casio Launches New Pro Trek

150Casio has added another model to its Pro Trek line of digital watches, designed for outdoor activities. The new PRG260 offers a variety of features, including a duplex LCD display and the brand’s trademark Tough Solar Power and one-touch Triple Sensor Technology.

Casio’s one-touch Triple Sensor technology features a pressure sensor for measuring barometric pressure and altitude, a thermo sensor for measuring temperature, and a direction sensor for the digital compass on the duplex LCD display. The Tough Solar Power includes a power-saving function that enables the watch to power down when not exposed to light for a certain period of time, thus conserving energy. To help maximize its solar rechargeable battery life, it can even judge ambient light conditions, to tell whether it should activate its Auto EL backlight at the user’s flick of the wrist.

The PRG260 is outfitted with a black resin strap and includes a stainless-steel rotating bezel, which allows users to switch their focus between time and compass measurements. The watch is also water-resistant to 200 meters.

I have one, wach out for defective units!.

The screen goes blank when some sensors are used (alti) and sometimes (baro)

I can’t return mine because it’s expensive to send it back to the US and warranty is US only.

    Great watch just wach out!
