IWC Schaffhausen sees red in the new film from Summit Entertainment and D.C. Comics, starring Bruce Willis, John Malkovich, and Academy Award Winners Morgan Freeman, and Helen Mirren.
Based on the cult D.C. Comics graphic novels by Warren Ellis and Cully Hamner, RED is an action-comedy about retired CIA agents who realize retirement may not be ready for them just yet. The film is in theaters now, and patrons will find IWC watches on the wrists of both Bruce Willis and Morgan Freeman. Willis wears the Pilot’s Watch Mark XVI Automatic in stainless, while Freeman sports the stylish Portuguese Automatic Chronograph in stainless steel with a black dial and black alligator strap.
In the film, Frank (Bruce Willis), Joe (Morgan Freeman), Marvin (John Malkovich) and Victoria (Helen Mirren) are retired CIA agents, but the secrets they carry make them targets. Framed for assassination, they re-connect and use their collective skill and experience to stay one step ahead of their pursuers. Together, they embark on a cross-country mission to break into CIA headquarters, where they uncover one of the biggest conspiracies and cover-ups in government history.
