Victorinox is promoting sustainable solutions into the next generation with the Victorinox Swiss Army Time to Care Sustainable Design Award. Students from the world’s leading design schools have submitted projects to an international jury of designers and Victorinox Swiss Army executives, who have selected the top ten entries. Now you can vote for your favorite project and be entered to win a watch. Find out how inside.
Victorinox Swiss Army has created the Time to Care microsite to showcase the semi-finalist projects and to let you cast your vote for your favorite project.
The winners will earn the funds necessary to realize their projects by means of a cash prize based on a “Vote to Fund” incentive program on the microsite. By voting for a student project, you automatically participate in the “Time to Care-Vote & Win” lucky draw where you have the chance to win an Alliance model 241474 watch every two weeks. Public voting ends August 31.
The three projects receiving the most votes will be honored at an award ceremony in October 2011, at which time the Time to Care jury will name the First Prize and the extra funding will be allocated. After the ceremony, Victorinox Swiss Army will continue working closely with the students on the realization and publication of their project.
