RGM Watches has redesigned its website, making additional information available and easier to find. The site is also integrating its content with popular social networking sites Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, allowing fans to receive updates instantly. The site’s navigation is now upgraded, making it more consistent and intuitive.

RGM is also announcing a trade-in program, allowing customers to trade one or more watches toward the purchase of a new RGM. The brand says that while it can’t promise to accept every watch offered for trade, they will do all they can to satisfy the customer.

Trade-in value will be determined based on several factors, including current market value (based on auction results and other sales data), condition of the item and completeness (original accessories, boxes, papers, etc.), desirability in the pre-owned market, and RGM’s potential expenses to service the watch for resale with warranty.

RGM will examine any watches offered for trade and inform the owner of trade value after a thorough inspection. RGM asks that customers contact them to discuss any watch they may want to trade prior to sending it in for inspection.
