Spotlight on the Lang & Heyne Anton

Despite its boutique production scale, Lang & Heyne is one of the most impressive German watch brands in today’s industry. The Anton, Lang & Heyne’s Baselworld 2018 release and its second rectangular watch, has an opening in the enamel dial revealing a delicate tourbillon cage. Named after a prominent 19th-century ruler of Saxony (Anthony of Saxony, aka Anton the Kind), the rectilinear Anton comes in at 40 mm by 32 mm and features the brand’s in-house bar movement, Caliber IX, with a 55-hour power reserve and a shockproof gold-screw balance. It comes in rose gold and platinum and is priced at 86,100 and 98,700 Euros, respectively.
