Oris Creates U.S. Subsidiary, Names V.J. Geronimo CEO

Oris SA has established a new U.S. and Caribbean subsidiary, Oris Watches USA, and named V.J. Geronimo as the chief executive officer. Effective September 1, the new subsidiary will take over U.S. distribution from Hawthorne, N.Y.-based Oris USA, Inc., headed by Mark Wasserman.
