Splash of Color: Watch Insider’s 10 Colorful Dive Watches


Assuming that all divers’ watches from luxury brands are similarly suited to perform their functions properly underwater, how best to determine which one is right for you? Obviously, the look of the watch has a lot to do with the decision, and nowadays you have an array of colorful options to choose from.

Some years ago, most dive watches sported a standard black or gray look. When Doxa presented a diving watch with an orange dial, it was seen as a bold move, as was Rolex’s decision to offer a Submariner with a green dial. Both of these are now well-established looks for those brands, and, as you can see from this list of 10 recently released luxury dive watches, boldness — at least in the area of color — seems to be available across the board.
