To accompany the launch of the concept bike, Bell & Ross launched two new watches. One is the Bell & Ross BR 01 B-Rocket, a chronograph watch with a 46-mm case and a tachymeter scale along the edge of the big dial, a useful tool for those who actually enjoy racing their bikes. The watch has subdials for the 60-second, 30-minute, and 12-hour chronograph counters. The small seconds counter at 3 0’clock is reminiscent of the graphic display used in experimental vehicle testing.
The other watch, the Bell & Ross BR 03 B-Rocket, is the more complicated model, fitted with a large date window and a power reserve indicator in addition to the chronograph function of the BR 01. The dial of the BR 03 B-Rocket has several small cutouts that give the owner a glimpse at the complexity of the big date mechanism.
I had an opportunity to try on the BR 03 (but not, unfortunately, to take a spin on the B-Rocket motorcycle). Here’s what it looks like on the wrist.
Both of the Bell & Ross B-Rocket watches have satin-brushed steel cases that are water-resistant to 100 meters, and are powered by Swiss-made automatic mechanical movements. The watches have padded black leather straps, lined and edged with red, echoing the leather seat of the B-Rocket motorcycle.
I’m interested in LED indoor spot lights white and white/yellow color. I need it for a watch boutique, that is one of the most prestigious watch store in Puerto Rico. Let me know what do you have for sale.
The B&R square shape is different and appealing. Lovely engineering and design. If I win the lottery any time soon, I’ll buy one, but I doubt if the motorcycle would be allowed to be used on Australian roads, although it looks lovely and the name well suited, it probably is a rocket.
