Tissot submitted its T-Complication Squelette, introduced last year, to the prestigious International Timing Competition. The watch, whose distinctive skeletonized movement was intended as a showcase to Tissot’s mechanical watchmaking expertise, won the first and second prize in the contest. Now that COSC-certified chronometer movement is used in a simple and elegant watch devoted to precision, the Tissot T-Complication Chronometer. The guilloché dial has a small seconds subdial at 6 o’clock. The stainless steel case is water-resistant to 30 meters and shows off the movement with its sapphire exhibition caseback. The Tissot T-Complication Chronometer is delivered on leather strap with steel butterfly clasp.
That first watch is one incredibly slick looking piece of art. What I wouldn’t do for one of those.
