Wryst Elements: The New Collection for 2016

Swiss watch brand Wryst has created exclusive watches with some of the most sport-inspired styling on the market for the last four years. With many limited editions now discontinued, the brand reveals today its new watch collections with similarly aggressive designs inspired by extreme sports and motorsports. After unveiling a tribute to the world’s fastest and most dangerous motorcycle road race, the Wryst Isle of Man TT Special Edition timepiece, Wryst has now launched online its latest three hands/date collection for 2016: Wryst Elements.

Wryst Elements - Yellow Watch

The name “Elements,” engraved on the left side of the case, is appropriate for a timepiece designed to withstand the toughest conditions, including hostile environments and unintentional shocks. This year’s collections are all fitted with screw-down crowns, an important factor in securing 100 meters of water resistance for these extreme sports watches.

All produced in exclusive limited editions of 75 pieces, and aimed at individualists, these new Wryst sports watches are a statement of class, refinement, and charisma. The technical dial, with its futuristic design, reflects the DNA of the brand, which thrives to offer a timeless and sporty feel of “simple complication.”

Wryst provides an interesting and more affordable alternative to much of the watch industry, with versatile and unconventionally unique sport timepieces that only 75 people in the world will ever ultimately own. The materials used are some of the hardest available, with grade 516L stainless steel and black Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating for cases and buckles, and K1 mineral crystals that are more shatter-proof than sapphire.

Watch designer and brand owner Jacques Fournier says: “The brand is concentrating on a niche market that keeps growing stronger. Today we still have no plans to retail nor distribute the small series we produce. This allows us to provide an impeccable, unprecedented level of customer service. To date, it is still only possible to purchase a Wryst timepiece online in our exclusive, official boutique. An average of 38 percent of our existing customers have purchased more than one watch.”
